The Miami Workers Center (MWC) is hiring for several key roles to support our mission in building grassroots power in Miami Dade County. The Miami Workers Center organizes towards dignity, power, and self-determination with workers, tenants, women, and families across Miami. Through leadership development and grassroots campaigns, we seek to transform our workplaces and neighborhoods to win the respect, rights, and resources we all deserve.

We are hiring for the following positions:

– Organizing Director; Miami Workers Center is seeking a full-time Organizing Director that will oversee and implement the organization’s grassroots campaigns and policy/structural interventions to advance the rights of working class tenants and workers across Miami-Dade County. The Organizing Department will supervise the organizing department and staff and report directly to the Executive Director.

– Office Manager; Miami Workers Center is seeking a full-time Office Manager that will assist day-to-day operations, including office, human resources, facilities, and organizational processes.

– Policy and Research Director; Miami Workers Center is seeking a full-time Policy & Research Director that will oversee policy and advocacy, direct representation, training, case consultation, and strategic initiatives to advance the rights of low wage tenants and workers across Miami-Dade County.

– Worker Cooperative Developer; The Miami Workers Center is seeking a full-time worker cooperative director to expand the capacity of Miami-Dade low wage workers to participate in and develop worker and shared service cooperatives.
